Hotel Reception

The hotel reception is the hub of your hotel’s operations and delivers the important first impression on your guests when they arrive.

Team members operating the hotel reception area must understand the importance of responding courteously to guests’ requests, playing a part in the general running of the reception desk and assisting the General Manager in maintaining a smooth room bookings service.

Developed with input from sector specialists, this activity will help learners develop their knowledge about the role of the reception staff in ensuring smooth operations and promoting excellent guest service.

Assessment: At the end of the course users will be tested through an assessment consisting of 5 questions. They must answer 80% of the questions correctly to pass and receive a certificate.
