This course will offer guidance and information for employers on employing citizens from the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA) and Swiss citizens in the UK. Using the information provided, you can determine if a potential employee has the right to work in the UK, and what documents you need to check to confirm this.
This course aims to inform learners of the changes that have been implemented in the right to work process post-Brexit. This activity is suitable for business owners, managers, HR team members and anyone who plays a role in the employment of new team members.

Assessment: At the end of the course users will be tested through an assessment consisting of 5 questions. They must answer 80% of the questions correctly to pass and receive a certificate.
