Assessment
How long will it take? 40 minutes.
What type of assessment is it? When you finish the course, you’ll complete an end-of-learning online assessment consisting of 10 questions. 70% of the questions will need to be answered correctly in order to pass.
What will I receive? Once you’ve passed the assessment included in the course, your digital certificate will be available on the platform.
How long is it valid for? Up to 1 year after purchase.

Annually. All staff should complete refresher training on equality and diversity annually. This type of training is an essential part in preventing bullying, harassment and discrimination in the workplace, and making sure employers meet their responsibilities under the Equality Act (2010).
