This Disability Confidence for Managers Course provides you with all the information you need to help you pass an end-of-learning assessment, which will demonstrate your knowledge of how to support team members with a disability
The online Disability Confidence course covers a series of important topics such as what is protected under disability legislation (Equality Act 2010) as well as how to approach a disability discrimination complaint
Our course gives managers the confidence and knowledge required to support team members with a disability in the workplace

Assessment

How long will it take? 90 minutes.

What type of assessment is it? When you finish the course, you’ll complete an end-of-learning online assessment consisting of 10 questions. 70% of the questions will need to be answered correctly in order to pass.

What will I receive? Once you’ve passed the assessment included in the course, your digital certificate will be available on the platform.

How long is it valid for? Up to 1 year after purchase.
