The online Age Verification course provides you with all the information you need to help you pass an end-of-learning assessment that will demonstrate your knowledge on age verification in a retail setting
The course covers a series of important topics such as how to implement an Age Verification Policy, and how to manage asking customers for identification and the various forms of acceptable ID
Our Age Verification Course has all the learning required to ensure your teams understand the licensing objectives, how to confidently apply them and deal with any arising conflicts. This course relates to all sectors of the licensing industry and is suitable for learners in Scotland, England and Wales

Assessment

How long will it take? Approx 20 minutes.

What type of assessment is it? When you finish the course, you’ll complete an end-of-learning online assessment consisting of 10 questions. 80% of the questions will need to be answered correctly in order to pass and receive a certificate.

What will I receive? Once you’ve passed the assessment included in the course, your digital certificate will be available on the platform.

How long is it valid for? Up to 1 year after purchase.
