We are constantly striving to improve our staff training and having looked at CPL Learning we felt it was the natural way to go.  The system offers fantastic courses but also has the flexibility for us to upload our own training programmes and the features such as the newsfeed, surveys etc., allows to keep in regular contact with all employees which has helped greatly with communication at all levels across the company.  From the first demonstration to the implementation of the system, the whole process was very smooth and the support since has been excellent.
