The cocktail revolution is here! With around 9 million people in the UK enjoying a cocktail on a night out, it’s one of Britain’s fastest-growing drinks categories. Comparing 2021 to 2019, CGA’s drink recovery tracker has shown that the sales performance of cocktails has dominated the growth in the market (+75%).
This learning activity aims to show how we can create the best cocktails using some simple skills and knowledge that will attract guests to visit and return to our venues. Including some of the nation’s most popular cocktail recipes and a look into the history and relevance of cocktails in modern-day hospitality your teams will be able to discuss a range of cocktails, their flavours and promote cocktails with confidence.
This course is suitable for all team members who work on the bar as part or all of their role or has an interest in cocktail creation.
